Our Story

YesHire Academy was born from real experience — not theory. Back in 2007, I lost my local job and used borrowed money to buy a computer. I took a leap into the unknown world of online work through oDesk (now Upwork), with no mentor, no roadmap, and no guarantee it would work. But that leap changed everything — it opened the door to freedom, growth, and a career that would eventually span across customer support, tech, design, marketing, and remote leadership.

Over the years, I’ve learned what works — and what doesn’t — when it comes to landing online jobs. From sending hundreds of applications to finally mastering what clients look for, every success and rejection became a lesson. YesHire Academy is built on those lessons. It’s where I teach Filipinos how to get noticed, get interviews, and get hired — not from theories or scripts, but from real-world experience that started with a single application and a lot of persistence.
