Replacement Guarantee Policy

At YesHire Remote, our focus is on connecting you with skilled and reliable remote professionals. To give you peace of mind, we offer a clear and straightforward replacement guarantee.

Replacements

• If a hired candidate resigns or otherwise leaves your business within the first 60 days of starting, we will replace the candidate at no additional cost.

• Replacements are limited to one candidate per original hire.

No Refunds

• Please note that we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, our guarantee ensures you always receive a qualified replacement if the initial hire does not work out.

Conditions

• Replacement requests must be submitted in writing to support@yeshireremote.com within 60 days of hire confirmation.

• Beyond the 60-day period, replacements will no longer be available.
